All participants including accompanying persons are requested to register by filling and returning the registration form and paying the registration fee in advance. The registration fees are in Euros.
Description categories for registration:
1] Participants from Academic Institutions and Hospitals:
Before 10th July, 2011: 450 euros.
After 10th July to August 30th, 2011: 650 euros.
After August 30th, 2011: 800 euros
At the registration desk (cash only) 900 euros.
2] Students, Nurses, Accompanied persons, patients and parents of patients*:
Before 10th July, 2011: 250 euros.
After 10th July to August 30th, 2011: 400 euros.
After August 30th, 2011: 500 euros
At the registration desk (cash only) 550 euros.
3] Members of Pharmaceutical companies and other Commercial organizations:
Before 10th July, 2011: 900 euros.
After 10th July to August 30th, 2011: 1300
After August 30th, 2011: 1800 euros
At the registration desk (cash only) 2000 euros.

B] EXHIBITION ARRANGEMENTS AND ADVERTISEMENTS

An exhibition area nearby the conference rooms will be available for exhibitors. Advertisements could also be arranged. Arrangements for exhibiting and advertising products will be made based on first come first served basis and priority will be given to those companies sponsoring the conference. Those interested in exhibiting and advertising their products should contact the organizers for more details.
